Description
This qualification is the next level after the Diploma in Business (Legal Studies) and the Diploma of Law Enforcement, which a student must completed to process into the Advanced Diploma. The Advanced Diploma will give you a wider appreciation of the various specialisations within the study of law and cultivate an awareness of contemporary Law-making processes and practices. It will also enable you to interpret and comply with those statutes that govern decision-making and policy formulation with the Public Service, Private Enterprise and the WA Police Department.

Participants who have completed the Diploma of Business (Legal Studies) must complete 540 hours of electives from the list below
OR
Participants who have completed the Diploma of Law Enforcement must complete 468 hours of electives from the list below.
