To provide participants with effective merchandising techniques, from
understanding consumer behaviour and the essentials of style to the importance
of the Merchandise Plan, and visual merchandising weighting.

To provide participants with the opportunity to undertake a field study
research assignment with a retail enterprise to be able to formulate an entry
level project on selling techniques.
