To provide participants with the essential knowledge and advanced selling
skills in order to undertake the role of sales supervisor/manager with a
problem solving approach to the production of agreed sales results for a
wholesale or retail operation.

To provide participants with the opportunity to undertake a field study
research assignment with a retail enterprise to be able to formulate an entry
level project on selling techniques.
