Description

The Certificate IV in Leadership and Mentoring is a course which may be customised to a specific industry or community environment. Learners may progress to a leadership role within their workplace, a Certificate IV or Diploma in an industry area or entrance to some university courses.

Schedule
To achieve the Certificate IV in Leadership and Mentoring participants must successfully complete a total of eight (8) units comprising of:
- Five (5) core units and
- Three (3) elective units.

Select three (3) elective units from any currently endorsed Training Package at AQF level 4 to bring the course up to a minimum of 270 nominal hours. One elective unit may be chosen from AQF Level 3 or 5.

Electives units should be relevant to the key client group, job outcome or local industry requirements and the qualification level.

Units drawn from Training Packages or other Accredited Courses must comply with the Assessment Guidelines of that Training Package or Accredited Course.
