Description

This qualification is the next level after the Certificate IV in Business ( Legal Studies), which a student must complete to progress into the Diploma. The Diploma will provide you with additional skills and knowledge in Criminal Law and the Law of Torts. The Diploma is specifically geared to build on, and add to the knowledge acquired in Certificate IV including some areas of the general practice of law.

The requirements for the Diploma of Business (Legal Studies) will comprise achievement of four (4) units PLUS seventy two (72) hours of electives PLUS all units within the Certificate IV.
