Description
To provide participants with an understanding of consumer behaviour in terms of
the actions and decision processes of individuals and organisations involved in
discovering, evaluating, acquiring, consuming and disposing of products and
services in order to make marketing decisions leading to greater customer
satisfaction.
To provide participants with the opportunity to undertake a field study
research assignment with a retail enterprise to be able to formulate an entry
level project on selling techniques.
