Where imported competency standards from a Training Package exceed 50 of the course, then students should revert to a Training Package qualification.
Sources of alternative units of competency and/or modules that may be added or substituted without affecting the integrity of the course.
A Unit of competency at level 3 or above can be imported from a related Training Package as an elective unit. The relevance and appropriateness of the imported unit shall be determined in consultation with course supervisors, taking into account study package, further study, employment and career aspirations of the student.
Units of competency and/or modules that may be, substituted or modified without affecting the integrity of the course.
As the Visual Arts Training Package is developed, substitution of some core or stream modules may occur to facilitate transition into the Training Package qualifications.
