Description

The Floristry Traineeship will provide training for people to enable access to
employment positions within retail organisations in the Floristry area.
Trainees can also pursue further study in the horticulture or retail areas
through articulation and credit transfer to
TAFE Certificate courses.

Trainees should achieve:

-Competence in a range of retail, floristry and horticultural skills

-Competence in a range of broad-based skills including calculations,
communication and first aid, and

-Proficiency in the key competencies at the level needed in the industry
concerned.
