and enhancement of the natural and historic heritage of Western Australia.

To link young people, community groups, training authorities, local government
and industry in community projects of conservation significance.

To increase the participation of young people from low socio-economic and
minority groups in mainstream education, training and employment.

To develop young people's knowledge and appreciation of conservation values and
issues.

To undertake a number of conservation projects which have a lasting community
benefit.
