1. This course is the copyright of Suzette Barlin and Patricia Cook as owners/developers and Partners of the Gold Coast
Training Academy. Training providers who wish to deliver this course must obtain prior written permission of both the
copyright owners of this course. The Gold Coast Training Academy acknowledges copyright permission given by the
Australian National Training Authority (ANTA) for the use of units taken from the National Beauty Training Package
(WRB99) and the Business Services Training Package (BSB01).

Recognition Council (Queensland). It has been placed on the National Register as code 30307QLD and is accredited
from 21/01/03 to 20/01/08.
3. The Following Certificate IV in Aromatherapy units have been aligned to the national Health Training Package common
core units and are embedded into unit assessments. Assessments for these units must reflect the elements and
performance criteria of both qualifications.

4. A Senior First Aid Certificate is a co-requisite for this course, which applicants must gain within the first 8 weeks of
entering the course. Students will not be able to undertake any practical or clinical activities without the Senior First
Aid Certificate.
