Participants in this course will be able to:
- Gain an understanding of native title,
- Gain an understanding of native title process and procedures,
- Negotiate effectively with government, mining companies and other relevant bodies involved in the native title process,
- Have a better understanding of the postions of other claimants groups involved in the same native title claim,
- See the value of community mediation and negotiation as opposed to involving the Native Tribunal.
