Description

This course will equip the learner with the skills and knowledge to undertake
the venture of commencing their own small business. The learner will be
required to integrate knowledge across modules showing the
inter-relationship of learning outcomes to demonstrate viability of the
proposed business as well as providing detailed strategies for application
in the business.

Certificate IV in Small Business Management will be awarded on completion of
eight modules to the
required standard, together with a completed business plan.
The curriculum developer believes that Modules 1 - 8 undertaken in numerical
order assists learning and the development of the business plan. This covers
the various aspects involved in Small Business Management. However Modules 9
and/or 10 can be completed in place of Modules 1,3,8.
Note - 200 hours must be completed in order for the Certificate IV in Small
Business Management to be awarded.
