State Implementation and Classification
Description
This course aims to provide skills specifically related to developing a customer oriented focus, identifying customer needs and applying effective selling techniques. The program is for persons currently working in a sales capacity, who have identified the need to further develop their selling skills or who have had previous experience and need to update their skills.
The course will provide the learner with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to:
- employ effective sales techniques
- provide participants with the concepts, attitudes and practices that
they can use to improve sales performance.
