State Implementation and Classification
Description
This course aims to provide accredited training at AQF 3 for those wishing
to pursue employment as a property manager and for those existing property
managers who wish to enhance their property management skills. In particular
the course will develop their skills and knowledge required to lease residential
properties in a manner that is consistent with legal requirements, current business
standards, and client expectations.
