Description
To provide quality education and training for learners through a structured program that aims to equip the learner with sufficient skills and knowledge to take charge of a commercial vessel of less than 35 metres in length operating within Australian coastal and middle waters as defined by the USL Code, ie. 80 metres in length in Inshore waters).
