To enable participants to demonstrate how to determine customer requirements
and relate effectively to customers.

Range of Variables
The length of time taken to complete a module will vary, depending on factors
such as teaching method used, knowledge and skills at entry and individual
participants’ abilities.
This module provides for delivery on-the-job, off-the-job or by a combination
of on and off-the-job training in a variety of modes.
Some areas of content may be common to more than one learning outcome and
therefore, integration may be appropriate.
The following delivery methods are suggested as those most likely to achieve
the module outcomes:
- brainstorming
- discussion groups
- observation of work related activities
- role play.

The learner will be provided with access to:
- standard enterprise procedures for quotations and specifications
- point-of-sale equipment (manual or computerised)
- standard enterprise procedures for handling financial transactions
