Description
This module is to teach students to train other students and will familiarise students with the Principles and Methods of Instruction (PMI) as a theory that looks at how people learn, the best ways to teach, some of the common difficulties that can arise in the student/instructor relationship and strategies to deal with them. It will develop student’s ability to apply suitable instructional techniques to ground and flight training situations. It analyses student’s responses and determine corrective measures when necessary.
