To provide training in the knowledge and importance of maintaining basic quality standards.
Range of Variables
This module may be taught on or off the job, on-site (in-house) or off-site (externally) or by a combination of both using a variety of delivery techniques. Delivery should ensure that learning occurs within relevant clothing production contexts.
Teaching and learning strategies should take into account the varying needs and abilities of learners and promote the learner’s confidence in using mathematical processes, skills and knowledge. Group based learning is encouraged, with learners encouraged to collaborate, discuss and compare solutions. Group based learning will also help to address the important issue of communications in mathematics.
