The purpose of this module is to provide competency based training to develop
skills in managing people in the workplace.

The aim of the module is to produce successful participants who have the
skills, knowledge, attitudes and professional practices that will enable them
to identify why people behave as they do and develop strategies for motivating
people in the workplace, including the use of financial incentives.
