Description
To identify and apply the basic administration processes used in an
architectural drawing office, use appropriate terminology, describe the roles
of the other players associated with architectural practice and demonstrate
effective oral, written and graphic support communication appropriate to junior

Range of Variables
This module contains outcomes which require both theoretical and practical
instruction and, as such, may support both on and off-the-job delivery
strategies.
Such strategies may include co-operative delivery involving registered
employers and off-the-job provider.
Flexible assessment methods will need to be developed by the module provider
which will enable recognition of prior and concurrent on-the-job learning.
Learner records will be the responsibility of the off-the-job provider and
where more than one off-the-job provider is involved, formal processes for
transfer of learner information must be established.
