The student shall become acquainted
with the appropriate use of group work
in welfare practice.

Students shall become familiar with the
principles employed in organising and
maintaining groups including knowledge
of group processes.

Students shall employ skills relevant
to the theoretical content of Welfare
Practice 3A in order to focus on the
use of groups as an educational tool.
Students will become familiar with
procedures and practices appropriate
for welfare rights groups.
