To provide the operators with a knowledge of the
despatch procedures.

To introduce operators to the terminology they will
encounter whilst doing despatch.

To develop an awareness of the importance of correct
procedures.

Operators on completion of course will be able to complete all relevant
paperwork for the despatching of serviceable and exchange goods off-site.

Tests consisting of multiple-choice, true or false and short written
answers. 50%

Practical

Practical exercises conducted over several shifts involving physical despatch
and all related procedures. 50%
