Description
To provide the learner with the knowledge of the tasks and responsibilities required to manage a medium rise building project.
Range of Variables
It is suggested that approximately 80% of the content for this module be presented in the classroom in the form of lectures, video and class exercise. Guest lecturers (experts in their own areas) should be utilised where possible. Supervised site visits to construction sites should be incorporated to compliment theory as presented.

Classroom exercises which constitute part of the total classroom mark

A major individual assignment should be given to produce PDM and bar graphs from building drawings

Final examination.

Learning will occur in a classroom or other suitable environment.

Learners could access appropriate sites where possible and report on Occupational Health and Safety site application.
