Description
To enable learners to use Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) for the production of
prototype and complex drawings at an advanced level.
Range of Variables
This module contains learning outcomes that require theory instruction under
standard drawing room conditions. The theory component will be assessed at the
end of the instructional period when learners are required to sit for a closed
book theory test.

The practical component will be assessed by appropriate computer-based
assignments. It is necessary to pass individually the practical component and
the theory component to pass the module.
