Description
To introduce key concepts in skills essential for
effective communication.
To give students awareness and skills with which to
handle the personal self, in terms of a working or
non-working life.
To increase awareness of how socialisation affects
women in the workplace.
To raise women's awareness of their position and
role in the organisational structure and society.
To gain an awareness of the discriminatory effects
of sex-role conditioning upon women's lives, and
know that they can join others in working to
eliminate this discrimination.
To provide a personal foundation for the future.
