Description
To provide the student with knowledge of the types of flowers available at
different seasons, the required preparations of each, and methods of presenting
them for sale.

To enable the student to wire flowers correctly, assemble corsages and smaller
wired presentations and headpieces and decorations for weddings, according to
industry and customer requirements, and advise customers on available
alternatives, and cost all types.

To provide the student with the principles of symmetrical design and shape, and
enable them to assemble with skill and artistry posybowls, table centres,
symmetrical bowls and speciality boxes, calculating retail cost.
