Description
The aim of this subject is to prepare
students for the types of problems
encountered in an industrial situation.

The student will be required to:

- produce arrangement and detail drawings which through
clear concise technical definition will simplify manufacture and installation.

- exhibit good handskills but at the same time improve his
or her drafting speed.

All drawings are to conform to the
current Australian standard drawing
practice.

Two assignments 80%
Assessment - class exercises 20%

Students are required to satisfactorily
complete all assignments.

Assignments are set divisionally on an
annual basis and are available through
the Drawing Co-ordinator. The
assignments will be structured to
include all major student objectives
outlined.

Class exercises will be suggested by the Drawing Co- ordinator and cover any
minor objectives not included in that years major assignments.
