This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to use English as an additional language to read and write a limited range of basic procedural texts.

It requires the ability to read and write basic procedural texts using English language capabilities equivalent to ISLPR® 2+.

The unit applies to individuals from language backgrounds other than English who require reading and writing equivalent to ISLPR® 2+.
