This module will provide learners with the ability to recognise the differences in societal structures, family units, customs, religions and laws of various cultural and/or national groups within Australia. It will also provide learners with a knowledge of major issues relating to cultural diversity in the workplace and the opportunity to demonstrate the use of appropriate techniques for effective cross-cultural communication in the workplace.
