Description
This module represents the theoretical study of the elements affecting the human factors in an aircraft flight. Emphasis will be placed on the human machine as the most important part of effective performance required by a modern aircraft in its complex operational environment. The necessary strategies employed by aircrew to recognise and compensate for their human limitations will be outlined. The modern psychological training for the essential task of flight deck decision - making will be also investigated.
