Description
To enable learners to develop skills and a greater understanding with exercise
and children under 16 years of age. Young people deserve the right to be
involved in educational and enjoyable sporting and physical activity
environments, hence the module addresses the concepts which will enable
children to develop their full physical potential. In doing so, the practical
implications for the coach or instructor are thus outlined.
