Description
To enable students to further develop pride in
identity through the performance of Aboriginal
dance; both traditional and contemporary.

To allow students to assimilate the cultural dance
tradition of the Mornington Islands, or to extend
their repertoire of South-West dances, namely: the
Butterfly, the Crab, and the Ganja.

To allow students to gain familiarity with
traditional Aboriginal musical accompaniment.

To enable students to express themselves through
dramatic, narrative, and mime, and to employ these
as a means of attaining empathy with natural forces.
