Description
The purpose of this module is to provide competency based training to develop
skills in recruiting and selecting the best people for the job and managing the
development of these people.

The aim of the module is to produce successful participants who have the
skills, knowledge, attitudes and professional practices that will enable them
to identify human resource requirements, prepare job descriptions, conduct job
interviews and select appropriate staff. Identify the need for continuous staff
development by use of appraisal systems. Select appropriate staff development
