Range of Variables
This module provides for delivery by off-the-job training in a variety of modes.
Strategies should be selected to reflect the nature of the learning outcomes
and the needs of the learner.
Delivery methods should be selected which enhance learning and allow sufficient
time for CBT assessment. All assessment criteria are to be tested, but it
should be noted that evidence of competence in some assessment criteria can be
inferred from the testing of later assessment criteria. All assessment
criteria have equal standing or “weight”. One assessment instrument may be
used to test a number of assessment criteria.
