To provide a sound foundation in Applied Naval
Architecture Theory and Principles appropriate to
maritime applications.
To provide the appropriate educational requirements
for the subject area, specified in the Uniform
Shipping Laws Code, to the rank of Engineer
Watchkeeper.
To prepare the Engineer for the subjects Naval Architecture 2A and 2B.
