Successful issue of flight instructors rating by CASA
The student is required to undertake a ground and flight test by CASA or an approved delegate to determine their knowledge and ability to impart knowledge (and skills). They must carry a recommendation from the Chief Flying Instructor of an appropriately rated flight school and have completed the required syllabus of flight training as referred in CAO 40.1.7 Appendix 1.
