This module is intended to improve general confidence and ability of students in verbal and written communication skills, organisational skills and to develop appropriate skills for successful interaction with workplace and training organisations.
To introduce students to the difference between passive, assertive and aggressive behaviour to raise confidence by developing assertive techniques for communicating with people in a variety of situations, particularly in the workplace.
