Description
To provide the learner with the knowledge and skills necessary to:
- apply fertilisers to different types of turf to satisfy agronomic and
environmental criteria
- comprehend soil and tissues analyses and to take the results of such
analyses into account when developing fertiliser programs
- apply soil amendments such as liming materials, gypsum, and sulphur
according to the recommendations made in soil tests
- apply trace elements as required to meet agronomic needs.
