should include:
- a brief biography; their success as a leader, as related
to the "7 characteristics of an ideal leader" and a discussion of the
management style employed by this person (Objectives 7.1 -

A short training programme for a new library
employee, outlining one library task familiar to
the student (Objective 10.5) 10%

A written assignment whereby students use their
knowledge to examine a case study on a selected
