Description
To meet the academic qualification for the grant of
a Certificate of Registration as a Real Estate and
Business Sales Representative, as prescribed by the
Real Estate and Business Agents Act. It aims to
teach a prospective salesperson the basic essentials
of real estate and business agency procedures in the
best interests of the public, as well as for the
protection of the Licensee and the individual
salesperson. The course introduces the student to the correct and
recommended methods of real estate practice. It provides a sound basis of
knowledge on which to build under the continued supervision of the Principals
of the firm which the salesperson will represent after registration.
