Description
To provide an understanding of the nature of
organisations, operating in an environmental
setting, within which the accountant/administrator
must operate.
To provide student with a framework of analysis
which will enable them to analyse a given
organisation, or in turn, adapt to the organisation.
To have students not only recognise the interaction
and inter-relationship existing between the
individual, the small group, and the organisation at
large, but also, to develop interpersonal skills in
working at each of these levels.
