The successful student will be able to:
- prepare and present clear and logical design calculations,
sketches, drawings
- prepare layout and assembly drawings as an aid to design,
and as a basis for preparation of working drawings
- be familiar with indicated codes of practice and make use
of these in relevant design calculations

components and systems.
