To provide the student with the
theoretical and practical
considerations of advanced studies in
(i) Close-up Photography (ii)
Photomacrography and various selected
illustrative techniques for publication
and display photography and natural
motion.

Written Examination

One, two hour end of semester
examination. Essay type questions. 40 marks

Practical Assignments

Five set assignments as specified in
the course guide.
6 marks each. 30 marks

- Photographic competence 20%
- Research 5%
- Presentation 5%

Project

An illustrated brochure of a selected environment illustrating the flora and
fauna as specified in the subject guide. Not less than 10 illustrations and
about 500 words text. 30 marks
