Description
The purpose of this module is to provide training in workstation preparation and sewing machine operations at basic level.
To create a high level of independence.
To build self esteem.
To encourage accuracy and neatness.
To endeavour to develop recognition of good and poor quality workmanship.
To develop good listening skills and communication.

On completion learners will be able to prepare a workstation and indepedently operate domestic sewing machines and overlockers to perform basic tasks.
