Description
To introduce students to Spanish musical rhythms,
and to representative Spanish movement components.
To allow students to develop the proud carriage of
torso and arms characteristic of Spanish dance.
To allow students to develop strong centring of
movement in the lower abdomen, which permits the
free use of arms for castanets and legs for steps
and stamping.
