Description
Some background in biological concepts is essential to gain a more holistic view of environmental processes and those aspects that can result in significant negative impacts and/or interruptions. This unit is designed to provide participants with basic knowledge and skills relating to environmental biology concepts and how they are considered when investigating and managing various environmental issues and impacts. The knowledge and skills will introduce the systematic framework essential to the field along with emphasising the importance of the field to environmental science and/or management.
