Semester Presentation 20%
30-minute presentation on a topic chosen from the
syllabus. Students need to research content, introduce the topic,
involve class, deliver material clearly, use visual aids where appropriate, and
summarise/conclude presentation.
Report on Seminar 10%
500 to 750-word report on the seminar presentation,
outlining the content and material used. Appraise
class response to material presented, and evaluate
presenter's performance. Conclude with a summary.
Participation in Student Community
Development Project 30%
Students to develop a project in which all members
will participate, in accordance with objectives
stated in Topic One. Community Development Project.
Examination
One two-hour written paper. Students must answer four questions in essay form.
