To provide the learners with the theoretical knowledge and practical experience required at middle management level for the effective management of office and on-site staff.
Range of Variables
This module contains outcomes that will require both theory and practical application.
This module will require resources to facilitate for delivery by off-the-job training in either a classroom or other suitable study environment or by
self-paced flexible learning material.
