Description
To provide training for supervisory and operating
staff:

- to operate as members of a quality circle in a program of continuous
process improvement.

- to identify customers, owners and processes, analysis of
the process.

- introduction to statistical techniques to improve quality
by reducing waste.

Class Assessment
