examination on terminology, principles
and statutory requirements of real
estate and business settlement law.
The following Parliamentary Acts may be
taken into the examination room and
used by students:
- Settlement Agents Act and Regulations to the Act.
- Strata Titles Act and Regulations to the Act.
The copies of the Parliamentary Acts
and Regulations should be unmarked
except that the following marks are
permitted:
- amendments may be made
- underlining and highlighting is permitted
- a cross-reference to another section may be made by
writing the number of that section against any other section.
